We have had a group running in Honiton since October 2001. The Honiton Day Project offers a full day each week of creative activities to people with learning disabilities that live in or around Honiton. Initially this group had funds from Lloyds TSB Foundation to kick start it but now is largely financially independent on subscriptions.
The group have exhibited their artwork and had several performances, recently artwork from the group was exhibited at RD and E Hospital in Exeter.
The group take part in arts and making activities plus music, drama and creative writing, we continue to run the group from the British Legion in Honiton.
As you can see from the photos on this page the groups are very busy.
