Thurspians

The group often starts with a 'Newsround' where the members share verbally or re-enact through mime and 'Snapshot' their weekly events. The main activity is often based on going into role and this is done after first deciding on props, costumes, settings, dealing with various issues and through the drama we experiment with ways of resolving them.

If it is appropriate after the scenes have been shown and the individuals have de-roled the group will discuss the scenes and how they felt as their character. Sometimes the scenes are purely for fun, but often, using role play, we imagine ourselves in certain situations, dealing with various issues and through the drama we experiment with ways of resolving them.
