Say No to Bullying started fully in March 2010, we have a committed group of 9 participants, the group have called themselves 'The Exmouth Extraordinary Theatre Company' (EETC) and are looking forward to developing a performance and film which can be taken around to schools in the Exmouth and East Devon Area.
Say No.. works with adults with a learning disability enabling them to form their positive and negative experiences of living within our community into a film and performance. This show will address the issues that concern people with a learning disability.
Adults with learning disabilities are amongst the most vulnerable members of our society. Their abilities to work, live independently and have quality social lives are severely limited by their disability and by the perception their community has of them. The performance and film will depict their actual experiences of living in Exmouth. We will offer the resulting performance and film FREE to schools in the Exmouth area.
